The Service is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute travel, financial, legal, or professional advice.

You are responsible for independently verifying prices, availability, entry requirements, safety advice, and other travel details before booking.

2) No Reliance and No Guarantees

Flight prices, exchange rates, weather conditions, and events may change without notice.

SweetSpot Scores are algorithmic estimates and are not guarantees of travel quality, pricing, availability, or experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability.

3) Affiliate Links and Third-Party Services

Some links are affiliate links. If you click and book, we may earn a commission.

Any booking you make is with a third party. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, pricing, availability, cancellations, refunds, or disputes.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• Use automated tools that overload the Service without permission

We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

5) Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and scoring methodology are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service (which is $0 for v1), or the minimum amount required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7) Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
